Cancellation Policy
1) Booking & Payment A project is officially booked once the client approves the quote in writing and the required deposit is paid. Standard payment terms: 50% deposit to start / 50% due before final files are released (unless otherwise stated on your invoice). Late payments may pause the project timeline and delivery. 2) Project Timeline Timeline begins after we receive the deposit and all required information (brand references, text, size requirements, logos/photos, etc.). Typical turnaround times (estimate): Poster/Flyer/Menu: 3–7 business days Logo Design: 7–14 business days Brand Starter Kit: 10–21 business days Rush requests may be available with an additional fee. 3) Revisions & Change Requests Each package includes a set number of revision rounds stated in your proposal/quote (commonly 1–3 rounds, depending on the service). Revisions are meant for refining the selected direction (layout, color, typography, minor text changes). Major changes—such as new concepts, switching to a completely different direction after approval, or additional deliverables—may be billed as add-ons at an hourly rate. 4) Client-Provided Content & Accuracy Clients are responsible for providing accurate text, names, dates, prices, and any required legal/business information. Final files are delivered based on the last approved version. Revisions requested after final approval may be billed. 5) Deliverables & File Formats Final deliverables are provided in the formats listed in your quote, typically: Logo: PNG (transparent), SVG, PDF (print-ready), plus black/white versions Posters/Flyers/Menus: print-ready PDF + web JPG/PNG Templates (if included): Canva/Figma shared file or exported assets Source/editable files (e.g., AI/PSD or full project files) are not included by default and can be provided upon request for an additional fee. 6) Copyright & Usage Rights Once full payment is received, the client receives a license to use the final approved deliverables for their business marketing and branding. Preliminary concepts, drafts, and unused variations remain the property of the studio. If any third-party fonts, stock images, mockups, or assets are used, they remain subject to their original licenses and may require separate purchase. 7) Portfolio Use We may showcase completed work in our portfolio, website, and social media.
