Cancellation Policy

1) Booking & Payment A project is confirmed only after a signed agreement (or written confirmation) and a non-refundable deposit. Standard payment structure: 50% deposit to start / 50% due before final delivery or launch (unless otherwise agreed). Late payments may pause the project timeline until the balance is settled. 2) Project Timeline & Client Responsibilities Timelines begin once we receive the deposit and all required materials (brand assets, text, images, access logins, etc.). Delays in providing content/feedback may extend delivery dates. If a project is inactive for 14+ days, it may be placed on hold and a rescheduling fee may apply. 3) Revisions & Scope Each package includes a set number of revision rounds (outlined in your proposal). Revisions mean refining the agreed direction—not creating entirely new concepts. Requests outside the original scope (extra pages, new features, additional deliverables) will be quoted as add-ons at our hourly rate. 4) Cancellations, Rescheduling & Refunds Deposits are non-refundable once work has started. If you cancel after the project begins, you are responsible for completed work to date. For photography/video sessions: rescheduling requires 48 hours notice. Cancellations within 48 hours may be charged a cancellation fee due to reserved time. 5) Deliverables & Final Files Final deliverables are provided in the formats agreed upon (e.g., PNG/SVG/PDF for design, MP4 for video, website link + credentials for web). Editable/source files (e.g., AI/PSD/Figma project files) are available upon request and may require an additional fee. 6) Copyright & Usage Rights Upon full payment, you receive usage rights for the final approved deliverables. LevelUp retains the right to display completed work in our portfolio, website, and social media unless you request confidentiality in writing before the project starts. Stock assets, fonts, and third-party plugins remain subject to their respective licenses and may require separate purchase. 7) Content & Asset Licensing (Client-Provided Materials) Clients confirm they have rights to any logos, images, videos, music, and text they provide. LevelUp is not responsible for copyright claims resulting from client-provided materials. 8) Website Support & Maintenance After launch, we provide a short support period (e.g., 7–14 days) for bug fixes related to our build. Ongoing updates, content changes, and feature additions are available
